Meet Our Leadership
Levi Goetz
Chairperson
Levi Goetz is the chairperson of Bridges Beyond and has been a part of the Steinbach community since 2012. He has invested many hours into church life, being a part of discipling high school-aged students as well as serving in a variety of other leadership roles. He is most passionate about serving God in the marketplace and empowering others to do so as well. His working hours are spent as a Real Estate Agent and entrepreneur, but his favourite time of day is coming home to be with his family. He has been married to Mindy since 2013 and enjoys every chance he gets to be together with her and their three young kiddos.
Irma Vogt-Dyck
Board Member
Between Irma’s ministry duties and their nine grandchildren, she has lots of opportunities to demonstrate her love of children!

Shane Wall
Board Member
Shane Wall has been a part of Calvary Church on and off since 1994. He and his wife Darlene have been married since in 2008 have 2 children.
In 2008 I was part of a team spearheaded by Dave Kehler that went to Burundi, Africa. We spent a month teaching and spending quality time with orphans in the region. This really impacted me and I am very excited to be a part of Bridges Beyond.
Dave & Lynn Kehler
Board Member
Dave Kehler and Lynn (Campbell) have been married since 1974 and have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Dave spent most of his adult years in business and left that to join the Pastoral staff at Calvary Chapel in 2003 and retired from that position in October 2017. He is passionate about God’s Word, about the Church, and about relationships. He loves to empower others into their purposes for the Lord. In his off time, you might find him fishing with his good friend or going for walks and bike rides around Steinbach.
Lynn has been a counsellor with Crocus Counselling Centre since 1994, which has been very fulfilling. She has enjoyed mentoring young women and has been the Women’s Group leader for several years. In 2011, Lynn and Dave began their mission trips to Rwanda, training the leaders of The Pentecostal Church of Rwanda (ADEPR). In 2013, Lynn was asked to write a training manual and has trained over 360 women in Peer Counselling in Rwanda.

Lynn Kehler

Helen Bronconier
Helen has been an active part of Calvary Chapel since 2006. She has been involved in children’s ministry and is currently involved in art ministry and on the Bridges Beyond Fundraising Team.
She has also lead worship at church for our ladies ministry, has a gift for prophetic songs and is looking forward to what the Lord has for her in the future in those areas.
She is excited to be a part of the healing mission that the Lord has Dave and Lynn in, and she is hoping to one day make it to Rwanda in person…. God willing.
